As part of ISEP, a leading institution in engineering education, the Department of Electrical Engineering (DEE) is the body responsible at our school for training electrical engineers in the areas of Automation and Robotics, Electrical Energy Systems, Telecommunications, Autonomous Systems and Industrial Planning.

The emphasis at DEE is on the students and, as such, we are constantly working on continuous improvement and frequent updating of our curricula, guaranteeing that our graduates enter the job market with outstanding performance and professionalism. DEE students have at their disposal equipped laboratories and the necessary technology for practical development, which is essential to their academic training.

With a qualified and experienced teaching staff, DEE guarantees a learning environment that promotes the development of individual and collective work, based on ethics, respect and valuing teamwork. In addition to their teaching activities, DEE lecturers are part of research centers, both internal and external to ISEP, where they carry out activities that are reflected in the continuous improvement of the quality of the courses offered.

The DEE has solid relations with the main companies in the region, which has allowed it to offer curricular internships in a business environment, thereby enabling students to integrate easily and quickly into the job market.
